Really not much going on back here. You can see the gas tank back there in the trunk, it's the shiny thing.

Just a small amount of rust, relative to the whole shebang.

Hole in Roof

This is not as obvious as it is from the inside. A hole, created from the landau vinyl roof that it used to have, was patched from the inside with aluminum tape and then bondoed over. Truly a quality job that was meant to last.

I really had no idea how much fun it is to remove tar based sound deadening material in the middle of the summer. I do now.

She used to be red, before she was repainted orange. When I get done, she will be safety orange again.

After a buttload of sanding and priming and more sanding and more priming, I decided to move on to the next piece. The hood is not closed, she does actually line up better than the picture shows here.

How could I resist?
